BUYER'S AGENT EXPLAINED

Buyer's Agents a licenced real estate agents who work exclusively for property purchasers, whereas most real estate agents represent the seller (or vendor) of the property.  The key difference between them is who the agent works for.  If you are in the market to purchase a property, either as your own home or as an investment property, then there are good reasons why you would consider hiring a Buyer's Agent to assist you.

What does a Buyer's Agent do?

Buyer's Agent, also known as Buyer's Advocates, can perform different functions for property buyers, but their basic role is to save you time and money and help you make the right choices.  You may choose to use a Buyer's Agent to help you with the entire process of buying a property, from the initial step of searching for suitable properties through to negotiating a price, or bid on your behalf, for example at an auction.
